more special to share it with xx
We feel blessed to have found each other and to be embarking on this next stage of our journey and blessed that we get to share it with you in beautiful Puglia xx
Welcome to Lecce
This is the beautiful historic city where your journey with us will start!
The Wedding Ceremony
Our ceremony will be held at Cattedrale di Santa Maria Assunta, Lecce
The cathedral is located in the center of the city of Lecce and sits on the southeast corner of the Piazza del Duomo. It is accessible from the piazza through two entrances, one on the north side of the building and another on the west side. The cathedral shares the piazza with other buildings, including the bell tower, the bishop's residence, and the seminary.
The principal entrance is found on the northern façade, which is considered to be a masterpiece of Baroque art. At the center is the portal, accessible by a cascading staircase. Flanking the portal are two massive columns on square bases, outside of which are niches containing statues of Saint Giusto (on the right) and Saint Fortunato (on the left).
The entablature, sitting directly above the portal, is crowned by a high balustrade alternating with columns and pilasters, above which, in the center and standing within a grand and highly decorated arch, is a statue of Saint Orontius. The western entrance, found directly across from the archbishop’s residence, is divided by fluted pilasters into three vertical sections corresponding to the three naves of the interior. Stautes of Peter and Paul flank the entrance. Part of the right side of the façade is covered by an adjacent diocesan building.

Masseria Fulcignano
"Living the farm is rediscovering the warmth of the ancient traditions of our land.
We will welcome you as if you were at our home.
The morning will start with the chirping of birds and the scent of our kitchen that will take you to the porch of the farm where breakfast will be served. The farm is oriented to the south and the sun, at 8 am already, will stay with you during your first coffee. A rich buffet of cakes, donuts, pies filled with our jams, daily fresh bread and pasticciotti Leccesi welcomes you on long white tables where you can enjoy our genuine and delicious specialities.
At the sunset, the farm will amaze you with beautiful breathtaking landscapes. You can enjoy the coolness around the pool or enjoy an aperitif under the fig and olive trees.
The night is near, the sky abandons its deep blue color to show a myriad of brighting stars that you can observe with our telescopes on the panoramic terrace.
Expect everything. The white of the stars will soon blend with the colors of the fireworks that embroider the Salento nights. All around the masseria, in the ancient villages is a fervor of patron festivals, commemorative processions, and concerts.
This is Salento. You will fall in love with it!"
Guests at the farm stay can enjoy a buffet breakfast. At Masseria Fulcignano you will find a restaurant serving Italian cuisine. Vegan and gluten-free options can also be requested.
The accommodation offers a sun terrace.
Guests can also relax in the garden or in the shared lounge area.
Aprox £40 per person per night including breakfast (based on negotiated group discount)

Masseria Palombara
Masseria Palombara is the story of the restoration of an authentic Apulian ‘masseria’, a limestone farmhouse originally built between the 17th and the 19th century in Oria, in the heart of Salento. Not too far from the sea, surrounded by 100 hectares of unspoilt nature, olive, almond and palm groves, where we host lovers of relax, wellness, real food and excellent wines.
There are 18 rooms and 2 suites, a restaurant serving fresh produce from our farm, a wine bar, 2 swimming pools, a gym, an outdoor cinema, an archeologic site, a shop and a small boutique SPA where both your body and mind can be helped to relax with organic olive oil based spa treatments.
All around us you will find the best Puglia has to offer: amazing sandy beaches, the handmade colorful ceramics of Grottaglie, Lecce and its unique baroque style, the caves of Matera, Alberobello and its ‘trulli’, the patron saint celebrations, the pizzica dance, the wine cellars full of Primitivo wine in the nearby Manduria.
Masseria Palombara is a luxury resort, but in its own unique and unconventional style, the perfect place to lose and then rediscover yourself, listening to the rooster singing in the morning, picking a fig straight from the tree, watching expert hands making pasta… That’s why there no are televisions in our rooms and we are an adult-only resort.
Welcome to our home, welcome to paradise.
From approx £60 per person per night including breakfast (based on negotiated group discount)
